Taxidermy: creepy yet intriguing

Taxidermy is the preserving of an animal's body via stuffing or mounting for the purpose of display or study. Wikipedia Definition

As I walked through the "Ripley's Believe it Or Not" Museum in New York City; I came across this interesting display. It makes me think of a scene from the movie "Dinner for Schmucks."

I do think taxidermy is an art - but I don't think it's right to kill endangered species for this kind of art. Unlike the movie not all animals that are made into taxidermy pieces died from natural causes.

Uber/Lyft - allows consumers with smartphones to submit a trip request, drivers use their own personal cars. 

iSecretShop - Pays you to be a mystery shopper

Lucktastic - An app that is an add-supported, free-to-play virtual scratch cards

Swagbucks - Users earn points (called SB) by doing different online activities, including searching, shopping, taking surveys, playing games, and discovering online content, then users can redeem those points for gift cards, or PayPal.

fiverr - Provide your tangible talent starting at $5 per gig requested.

Walmart App - Scan your Walmart receipt and let Walmart do the rest; by searching nearby retailers that may have the same products you bought on sale. Walmart will reimburse you the difference wit ha Walmart gift card

AppTrailers - Watch trailers of different Apps and receive points for each App you watch. These points can be redeemed for gift cards.

IconZoomer - Shoot it – Send it – Earn it - receive cash for your photos. Each week you’ll receive assignments of basic topics such as: “Show us what you are eating for dinner?” or “Show the shoes are you wearing today?”

GymPact - Get paid to workout at the gym.

GigWalk - get paid to: Take a pictures of a menus, take a picture of an intersection or roadblock, enter an establishment's hours of operation, write a review of something, answer quick questions like: is this place still in business?

Phewtick - Make money meeting new people.

Facts About Seagulls

Seagulls can drink both fresh and salt water. Seagulls have a special pair of glands right above their eyes which allows them to flush the salt from their systems.

The Native American seagull symbol means a carefree attitude, versatility, and freedom.

The seagull is the state bird of Utah.

(Sea)gulls stamp their feet in a group to imitate rainfall and trick earthworms to come to the surface.

The swallow-tailed gull from the Galapagos Islands is nocturnal.

There are around 50 types of gulls found worldwide.

Seagulls are omnivores. They eat many, many types of foods, including but not limited to fish, insects, eggs, trash, mollusks and much more; they are opportunistic feeders.

At least one type of seagulls are found on every continent, including Antarctica.
